Scratches on Naso

Anyone ever seen scratches on a Blond Naso? Mine has them on both sides but sea totally healthy other wise. I'll try and post pics.

A new fish, or established? I just acquired one and it has blotches all over the body, but seems to be a reaction to stress. No scratches though.

That is their stress coloration. If you ever startle them by turning on lights, etc. you'll see those blotches.
