My question is approximately much will it grow is it a faster growing sps or a slower growing one?

Typically Seriatapora is a fast grower......if the tank parameters are good.

fast...very fast.... a little too much light , there goes that deep green color. doesn't like much light at all. If it gets a little too much light, the polyps will turn practically white but it still grows like crazy.

Most SPS are fast growers...what are you comparing it to?

Idk I have heard most of them grow slow oops.

No worries there are a ton that grow quickly. Montiporas and birdsnests are some of the quickest in my tank. Look up acropora growth rates. Some of them are extremely quick. LPS like brains grow slowly. There are some very nice SPS that are slow growers as well. Just saying that you can find fast and slow growing corals in any category.

in general (at least in the wild) SPS are the fastest growing corals. there are some slower ones and some softies may be faster then the slower ones but overall...
