SCWD broken

Hi, I bought a scwd from Premium aquatics through your ebay seller. I had only used it for a few months when it stopped switching one day. I took it out and soaked it in vinegar assuming that calcium built up inside but when the calcium was dissolved the next morning after the vineger bath, the little white spinner inside was tumbling around loose on the inside. I have been running it on my 29g with a mag 9.5 turned down to 700 gph. The mag has always had a strainer on the intake.

Would it be possible to send me a replacement or can i get mine repaired somehow? Isn't there a warranty?
