Sea Apple/who has one?

Before I purchased my Sea Apple everyone said not to get it because it will dye right away and kill everything in my tank.

I have had it now for 3 years.

I had them for many years. While they did live, I would not say they "thrived"... they got smaller and smaller. Back then we didn't really know what they ate. Do you feed yours?

I was told from my lfs that as long as I clean my glass every night that that would be more then enough food for him. Mine was getting smaller, I started cleaning the glass nightly and he is getting back to when I purchased him. I will have to say he is one of the nicest looking apples i have ever seen. A nice dark blue/purple and red.
