I am looking for an addition to my clean up crew. Someone has mentioned a sea cucumber but I am very hesitant about this becuse I have read that if they die its could be a very bad experience. What is everyone elses opinion/ experience with these creatures?
My own rule is No large, fleshy invert anywhere near my tank---when anything large and pulpy dies, be it cucumber, sea apple, or anemone, it's just a mess. I'd go with fighting conchs. Easy to catch, efficient, and clean under the sand as well.
