I have a 75g reef tank with a 3in dsb, with a lot of unholy stuff on it.is a sea cucumber gud 4 turning it back white????.....3 months in da hobby.

Probably not IMHO. I think your tank may be big enough, but I think it's marginal in size for a sand cleaning cucumber. They can get quite big. I have a 180g and the entire bottom is sand (almost no rock sitting on the sand) and the 3" yellow cucumber I got 2 years ago is now about 12" long. And it does clean the sand of some organics, buy it's not going to make the sand 'white'.

I have two tiger tails and an atlantic in my 75. They are still able to disappear despite being easily over 12" a piece.

but no, they wont do what your asking. They do help process some more organics out of the crud in the sandbed, but they still have to poop and their guts aren't 100% efficient. So you will still have organics in the water.

The only thing going to solve your problem is a gravel vac.
