Sea Grass Tank

Hello, I have always wanted a sea grass tankand I have a 20 gallon tank just lying around that I think I am going to set up as one. But Im just wondering if regular compact lighting work for sea grass growth? Also where can you get it at, I havent seen it anywhere around here in Ohio. What are some cool invertebrates I could put with it? Thanks!
