Sea Hares?? Anyone ever give them a try??

yes that is right Barrett, I had about 12 to start and slowly they disappeared.
I had placed them in a refugium and display tank that had some algae problems and initially they ate the algae like crazy.

Y'all are talking about sea hares ( Aplysia species ) and not lettuce sea slugs (Elysia crispata) , right?

Lettuce sea slug

Info

I do not have any idea, I just read on Reef Central that they loved to eat Bryopsis and so I was asking if anyone had tried them.

I took your earlier advice and tried one deep fried with plenty of butter but it seemed to not like the butter a whole lot!! LOL.

I am certainly open for any advice, If it would eat my bryopsis, I would, try a Sea Hare, or a Lettuce sea slug if someone said it would eat this crap. I would gladly put my wifes Pomeranian in the tank, but I really do like may wife and she might not appreciate that!! .

I did try this, left at around 1600 for over 2 weeks, had trouble keeping my salinity in check so gave it up. Maybe should try it again, but could not find much information on the Sea Hares is wy I asked the question about them.
