Sea Hoses

I would strongly encourage you not to do this. They are very difficult to keep and have very special needs. That said if you still want to try please visit seahorse.org for more information. They are a very good resource and dedicated to sea horse husbandry.

You don't mention what size nanno you want to set up but most sizes will not work for seahorses.
Dwarf seahorses are kept in 2 to 5g tanks and standard seahorses should be kept in at least 29g tanks for one pair, and 15g extra for each additional pair.
If you are an experienced keeper you can push the limits more as by then you will know how much more housekeeping and extra water changes would be needed to accomplish a slightly smaller tank.
If you could find H. fuscus, you could go as small as a 20g for a pair, but to find them available in the US or Canada is very difficult at this time.
Check out the links as the bottom of "My Seahorse Keeping Page" as they are written by experienced keepers and breeders.
