Can anyone Identify it ?
I tried to place it on a slice of fish to eat but it doesn't really like it.
Can it be fed ?

If it won't eat fish then it's likely to feed on micro algae, detritus, etc., which it eats directly from the bottom sediments or rock surfaces. Unfortunately there's a good chance that one will end up starving to death like most large seastars.

Not when you consider how long they live in the wild.

A year to 18 months is a best case scenario. Many stars are in the process of dying during shipping and last a considerable amount less.
