Quick question about my bubble tip brittle star. It has what appears to have a baby on its back. Im not sure where the best place to I.D. things would be.

You could try the invertebrate forum. If you could post a picture, that'd help a lot.

Some brittle star juveniles do hitchhike on larger stars, so you might be right on the money.

Hugh problem this morning. I got a new bubble tip animony yesterday and last night it decided to check out the power head needless to say its tenticles are stuck in it I cant tell yet how bad it is and I have no idea what to do. HELP

Turn off the power head and let the anemone move on its own. Don't try to untangle it. For the long run, you'll want to screen the powerheads. A bit of filter floss can help.
