Seachem copper test vs salifert copper test... My results are way off between the 2

So I'm using cupramine and already know what my copper level is at about, but I bought a salifert copper kit for the hell of it. With seachem kit I'm at .4-.5 range. But salifert showing a verrrry light blue no where near .5 just curious if anyone has used both test kits and got same results between the 2. Neither kit has expired.

I'll stick with the seachem I suppose, since based on instructions (though spread over a longer period) it's showing right where my copper level should be.

If I went by salifert test I fear I'd be overdosing copper to get it to show .5
I know a lot of you use saliferts so just curious.

When in doubt use the reference solution to verify. I have had great luck with Seachem's copper test kits.

Yeah I use the reference often.. Don't understand why that needs 3 drops instead of the 2 like your tank water. But I'm sure there's a reason.
