seachem pinnacle setup

I just purchased a seachem pinnacle that does around 30 gpd. I have a 24g jbj nano cube and need the ro unit to produce 4 gallons of purified water a week. The unit has two filter chambers, but no reservoir tank for holding water. It came with a clamp for piercing a copper pipe but i'm going to use an adapter from a hardware store to hook it up. I'm very new to this so how exactly does it work, store the 4 gallons i need, and how do i dispose of the wasted water? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.
