I have seachems salt but I mix only 10g at a time for water changes every week. Using a refractometer. I tested 1.025 specific gravity. After mixing for a few hours I was curious so I tested the calcium and mag. Surprised at a calcium at 500 and mag at 1170 using salfierts tests. Maybe it didn't mix fully or a bad batch? Confusing. Anyone eles get weird results like this?

I use salinity too. Levels are close to what is on the label

I tried to find salinity but the closest to my house is like 45 min away. They only deliver to a local store like a mom and pop type store. Which kid of sucks.
