seahorse heating question

I have a pair of tiger tail seahorses and was just wondering if I needed a heater or not. The tank runs at 69 degrees just based off my house temp but I read at a fish store they neee like 72-77.

Is 69 fine or should I bump it up to 72? If I get a heater which is best for seahorses, my setup currently has no sump and the last time I had a heater they kept wrapping around it

My H. comes are at 68 to 74°F depending on time of year, same as my reidi and erectus tanks.
