thanx, i have a male kuda hes black with spots, thing is he always goes white when he goes near this female and he tries his hardest to mate with her but she wont have anything of him.

Thats a reidi. reidi and kuda can cross-breed but the fry of both species are very difficult to raise. You may want to do a search on mixing species and mixing seahorse sources, and keep an eye out for any signs of illness now that they have been mixed.
Do you have a pic of the kuda?

in a way im happy coz that means no cross breeding but im not coz i didnt want fry that dies lol
so tell me why my female wont accept my male, they been together for about 4 days now and shes just looking away and turning her back on him. only time they get close together is when its nighttime and they just sit on the filter outlet pipe together

She's still stressed from being in a new environment. Try to make sure that the temperature stays under 74 degrees, that the tank is well oxygenated, keep the params perfect, and feed well; and she'll come around.

ok im not to sure but my male looked fatish when i got him and he was in the same tank as the other females, i said to the lfs whats the chance of him being pregnant and he said 0% coz its not a stable enviroment in there tanks untill i get it home.
i found a few lil red eggs on the bottom of my tank the other day and i put them in a jar floating around my tank, not sure if they have tried to mate one morning when i wasnt up and shes missed
