Seahorse sleeping?

Can anyone tell me if it is normal for a seahorse to lay down when it is sleeping?
After the lights go out, ours will lay down on a rock. Sometimes belly first. Other times it will curl up like a cat.

Does it have anywhere to hitch? Anything to wrap its tail around like macro algaes, tree corals, branching rock, fake branching corals, etc.?

Has alot to hitch to. Sometimes it will hitch and lay forward like your picture, lean over a rock, head hanging down and sleep. Other times like I said, it will remind me of a cat curled up on a rock.
