Seahorses are here *pics*

Beautiful fish! I already miss my ponies :(

I had 6 larger H. Reidi in my 120 (biggest was 8 inches tall) but due to going back to school full time and working full time i didn't have time to keep up on the water changes. Water quality was rough to keep good because of all the frozen food i was feeding (3 cubes of mysis a day)
I have spent the last few months selling everything off and now want to set up another smaller tank.

here was my tank in November

In my tank, I had my 6 ponies with a mandarin dragonette that was trained on frozen food.

SPS is a big no-no because the ponies will hitch onto them and bother the coral and/or sting the horse.
Any coral that sends out sweepers is also out of the question.

As for flow it was to be very very low or else the fish will get blown into rocks, or even sucked into the powerhead. On my 120 it was hard because i had such a large tank and such little flow to kick up all the detritus which caused alot of water quality issues for me. I was running a vortech on the back panel at maybe 1/3 power in lagoon mode and 2 koralia 1's with a 900gph return pump pushing up 6 feet and then spread out over 4 outputs. This was about the absolute max gph I could do with out stressing out the ponies and it still wasn't enough to keep detritus suspended :( very frustrating to say the least.

Dan, my tank is overturned at least 15x an hour. My husband drilled more holes into my spraybar and that helped diffuse the flow. But, I'm still having issue with areas of low flow. I may buy a weak powerhead and direct it at the back of the tank to increase my flow. And I think my seahorses are jealous of your tank. That's a gorgeous seahorse tank!

Well, my girls "yellow" girls have decided to turn green, and my coppery boys are now purplish.

I don't know if this pic shows the purple very well, but on my screen it does come out as purple.
