SEASL Store Visit to Beldt's Oct 8, 2009

Let's get this new SEASL season going! As you know, we've already had our first meeting of this new season. Now it is time again for some fun at Beldt's Aquarium. (http://www.beldtsaquarium.com/)

Since our first visit to Beldt's years ago, they have continued on their course of expansion and upgrading"”especially with regards to saltwater fish and inverts. Now, they are again inviting SEASL for a Store Tour/Visit to check out all that is new! The event is scheduled for October 8, 2009 from 6 to 8 PM.

Details regarding discounts, raffles, and other promotions are being worked out. We should have those details to you a week or two before the event.

As it always is with Beldt's, this is sure to be another great evening. Come out and enjoy a good time with everyone. See old friends, make some new ones, get some great deals, and maybe take home something free. We are always ready to help if you have questions about this wonderful hobby.

As always with SEASL, everyone is always welcome; you need not be a member to attend.

As promised, here are a few details that emerged today:

Buckets of salt will be on sale: Instant Ocean for $35 and Coral Life for $31. The prices might have to be adjusted slightly as Chris and Tim work to get their shipping costs down.

I will be talking to Chris and Tim over the next few days to get more details on discounts, potentially other product specials, door prizes, and raffles.

I had a great time personally. I was only gonna get a small zoa frag and a cucumber, but when those prices dropped, WOW! I left with my first ever SPS as well as two frags of favia and an aussie acan frag. And I've never been more in love with my tank. :fun2:
