I cant get my power brown tang or any of my other fish to eat the algea stips off the seaweed clip.
How often should I feed my tang? I read 3x a day?!
Any ideas?

in the moring i put one seaweed clip in the tank with poweder brown and lavender forktail. when i get home from school it is all gone.

then i feed the whole tank either flakes, or frozen something.

they all eat like pigs.... although my powder brown took like 3 days to eat from the clip.

I only feed mine algea 3 or 4 times a week. The whole tank gets fed either spectrum pellet or cyclopeeze every day.

If the tang won't eat. Maybe try getting some fresh garlic and rub it on the algea.

Take a piece of about 2" of 3" square. Tear it into little pieces. Soak the peices in a little tank water until it's moist. Put the pieces in the tank and let them float around. Your tang will probably try them this way.

When I had my tank, I had one clip on each side of the tank (2 clips in a 135g with 4 tangs and other fish). It took a few days for the tangs to take to the clip but once they tried it, they would hit it as soon as I refilled it. I tried to keep a strip on each clip at all times. They were fatties and grew fast.
