seaworld shark tanks, real coral?

friend from out of town was asking how much of the stuff in one of the tanks were real coral or fake. Its the "people mover tank" with the tube through the middle.

Not sure about Seaworld but I know all the stuff in the large displays at the florida aquarium is fake. IIRC the stuff in the shark exhibit at SW is fake as well, but cant remeber for sure.

Go to seaworld and next to the rollercoaster cracken, there is a giftshop. Inside is a very large reef tank. These corals are not fake. Some of the best sps I have seen.

Hey!

They're a couple live coral aquariums at SeaWorld. Both are located in the Journey To Atlantis giftshop (next to kraken!). As for the corals in the shark and other large exhibits, they are real too! Real plastic and real fiberglass!

Someday, if I have my way, it will all be real.... heh, heh, heh.
