Sebae (Heteractis crispa) are difficult to keep because they are often bleached when they arrive to retailers. Not a beginner species. You will want to maintain excellent water quality. Look up the anemone faqs at the top of this forum for some basic information on the species. They almost never split in aquaria. Yes, perculas will likely live in them.

The fact yours is tan is a good thing. They tend to like to bury in the sand at the base of liverock. Once they acclimate and bury in, they can be quite hardy. You just need to provide them with excellent water quality and good light to get them to settle in.
