Sebae Anemone Not Doing Well and need advice

Hi,

I have a sebae anemone that I purchased just over 3 weeks ago. He looked great in the store, brought him home and he was doing great for about 2 to 2.5 weeks. He was full of water and seemed happy. He sometimes would take the mysis shrimp I offered, but not always.

I set him on a rock when I first put him in the tank and he stayed right on it. He was a little bleached, but became more tan in color.

About 5-7 days ago he started to move around. He first tucked himself in between two rocks, then moved over to another rock and was stuck on that rock. During this movement he retracted and wasn't full of water.

Two days ago he started to move again but this time I found him upside down with his foot in the air and his mouth on the sand. He didn't feel sticky and I was able to easily move him. I moved him to the opposite side of the tank thinking maybe he'd like it over there better. He didn't.

This morning I found him sideways in the tank, with his foot inflated, and his tentacles more inflated than they have been and his mouth against a rock.

This evening when I came home he's right side up again, but not inflated.

I fed some fish flakes and he seemed to eat a very, very small piece of it. I've tried the frozen mysis, dried brine shrimp, and some fish flakes we have for little treats that the fish seem to love.

Pics below of when he was looking good and then now what he looks like. I tried to get pictures of his mouth, but it's not really open. Hopefully this is a good sign and not what's called a "gaping mouth".

I also smelled him 2 days ago and there was no odor. I haven't wanted to pick him up again and was trying to leave him alone so I haven't smelled him since.

What do you think? Is this normal for when anemones move? Any suggestions?

I have a Red Sea Max c-250 with original lighting, protein skimmer running, weekly 15% water changes, all parameters are good with regards to nitrates/nitrites/ph/ammonia/etc.
