Sebae clownfish turning black

Hi,
I'm new to this hobby (1 1/2 yrs) and I've been asking to different petshops about this issue; however, no one knows.
I bought the seabae clown about a year ago. Two months ago I notice that the clown was getting dark spots, like bruces. Now, the fish is 40% covered.
What kills me is that he is eating normally and swims in the same way.
Last night i noticed something strange on the right side of his face.
I will appreciate your inputs on this matter.
Thanks.
Igor

Hard to tell from the pics. Could be hyper-melanization. Does your clownfish associate with an anemone or coral?
