Here's a pic of my sebae. Not sure what kind, malu or crispa, but I've had it for a few years, about 8" big (size wise, I'm guessing malu, it eats and doesn't grow). I just moved it from out on the rocks. It's inside a vinegar bottle I cut, filled with sand, so I can move it around if needed. I burried the vinegar bottle in the sand a couple weeks ago, it's just big enough to almost cover the 1 gallon bottom of a vinegar bottle, but edges are still visable from different angles. Seems to really like where I put it, flow wise.

Beautiful! I've had mine for just over 10 months now...She moved once and settled down right in the middle of the tank, where seems to love the flow.
 
She look like a Malu. Malu doesn't always have stripe on the tentacles. I think the tentacle counts are too low for Crispa. Also Malu are sand bed anemones while Crispa are more rock annemones.
Several years without spawn, especially if you feed her, it's a female.
