Sebae vs coral

I thought Anemones beat all corals in stinging wars. My sebae is next to a hairy mushroom and is deflated on the side that touches the mushroom. It seems to be very unhappy and the mushroom seems perfectly happy. Thoughts?

So how do I move something? I don't really want the mushroom, can I just cut him up? I assume you can't move the anemone without worrying about breaking its foot?

if you will fan the water at your nem he will probally close up and detach his foot. you will have to fan normally aggressively but be delicate also. The foot will detach and the nem will probably move where you dont want him again, LOL! Just make sure he does the detaching not you let the water and fanning do the work.
