Secretive Wrasse

I have a friend that is looking to get rid of one I would like to add him to my tank but I'm not sure if they're reef safe. I have a 30 DT with a 15 gal sump I have a frogspawn a few zoas and a pair of clowns in there now. I would like to add him and maybe another fish of some sort down the road. Just looking for some advice and maybe some other suggestions. Thanks in advance.
