seeding sand bed

When starting with Aragonite sand.. not live... What is a good amount of live sand to seed the tank with? I have recently set up another tank and was wondering if some peeps would not bringing a little sand from their tank to the swap if they have plethora.

I can't bring any to the swap, but a good handful should be a good start at seeding the sandbed. The sandbed will also be seeded with LR that has some life on it.
