Seio`s Multicontroller

Polario looks pretty cool, may even be good in the center of the aquarium hidden somewhere. To get back on track though, any more solid info on availability date?

Well, the one going to be shown in InterZoo next week is the actual tooled working model (not a prototype). So I guess having it on the market will not be too long. O2manyfish Dave will have some to play with in a few weeks.

Mercelog,

From Zeovit forum.
Some one said retail list $300 for the S10G and $400 for the S15G. Booth model comes with controller.

Actually the polario can be placed to fit inline on 2 in pvc.

you unscrew the screens and the thing has 2" NPT fittings.

Can't wait for interzoo to be over.....

moonpod

The physical size of the Polario S10G is a little bigger than the 2" pvc pipe fitting.
It comes with a adaptor to reduce it to fit the 2" pipe fitting.

Probably another 4 weeks
Not listed yet on Marine Depot
Hurry up & wait
I'm glad I passed on the Seio, I didn't want to buy it without a controller. My Tunze's have been working great for a LONG time now.
Way too long to wait for the Seio controller

I emailed TAAM yesterday to see when the release date was and this was thier reply:
Hi Russ,

The controller are in production. There were some parts issues. But we should have the controller real soon.
Please check with your distributor for order.

Thank you.

Ami

i was going to get one till i saw the price. then i started thinking but after seeing htat it only controls two pumps and they do the same thing at same time.. no thanks

do you think TAAM will maybe read this thread and say ' hey the next generation should control individualy?"

anyways lets do some math now if we want them to alternate like tunzes do

200 +80 for pump =280
orr
spend 318 for a more reliable . more adjustable. and safer ( low voltage) system (ts07) i think its worth the extra 30 bucks to get a tunze lol

you sure you didnt mean 10000 lph?

If you are referring to the Polario, no it's 10000 gallons/hr

wow

i personaly think they need to fix current probloms before they make new products.

they have good ideas but so far nothing i get from taam seems to last long and they refuse to replace.

btw i read that the controler converts it to 12 volt then back to 120 . wouldent that get hot and pose a fire risk?

im intrested to see if any one comes up with mods for these so they can controll 2 pumps seperatly
