Just wondering if the Sieo Superflow is too much flow for my 46g bow front? i've also got a quiet one 3000 as a return pump but it's hooked to a sqwd and it's a high stand, so the flow isn't NEAR what it's rated for (730gph).

I've gotta add some more flow SOON my corals are needing it bad!!!!!!! if not the M620 then maybe a MJ1200 w\ a hydor rotating deflector thing............

To answer your first question, a 620 will not be too much. I have the 8whatever model seio and I was wondering the same thing but I could have bought the bigger one and not had to worry.
I personally would get the MJ 1200. I think they are much more stable pumps, plus you can add the rotator. I'm just personallly not very satisfied with my seio.

I have a 620 on my 29 gal. and love it. Not too much flow at all, in fact it's a very different type of flow than a maxijet. It doesn't have that hard firehose type stream that a maxijet puts out. It puts out a very wide gentle stream, sort of pushing the water. With a 46 gal tank I'd at least get the 820.

On my 55 I have a mag9.5 split into 2 returns and a seio 620, I love it, I now wish I would have got the 820. it is aimed right over my big hammer coral and the flow is very gentle. I think you should go for it.
