I think I am just going to T off my ATO line if I have enough pressure. I'll put a simple manual valve on it and voila. Ato will be reservoir 36" above floor and 24-30" full of water.
I run mine once a day for 15 seconds on my SM250 which is a much larger skimmer. The motor in the Helix spins at a very high rate of speed of the sprayer helps make it more efficient. Any more is really a waste. I've been using the same programming for my Helix as well as the original Aquadriver I ran for 6 years prior and my neck is always nice and clean. You want to maintain a slime layer on the neck and running it more than once a day like that will cut down on the slime layer due to the way the helix cleans the neck and doesn't just smear the stuff around. If you run it once a day for 15 seconds, that should be plenty and will prevent gunk from clinging to the neck. Anything that does stick to the neck will be pulled to the top of the neck by the angled blade.
This is the code I use. It will activate the Helix once a day at noon.

Still trying to figure out how to get fresh water to the flusher. Feeling I might of wasted money on it. Could I use salt water and occasionally run it through fresh to unclog it? But then again calcium might clog it.

I wouldn't use salt water. The salt and calcium will dry up in the tubing and clog the little holes and cleaning the inside of the tubing will be extremely difficult.
