Yes it has a ual ballast, The pictures on the link above will take you to some pictures, I think we had talked about it earlier but your tank was only 30 " the reflector is a single reflector that houses 2 bulbs, but there is really nothing stopping you from cutting out a 7' strip in the middle which would make it fit your set up!
