Selling equipment/livestock?

I'm kind of the to the reefing scene and NCPARS. I was just wondering if this is where most members would post anything that they may have for sale, or if there is another website/forums where this takes place more often? Also, do members usually post in here first before posting to the general public to allow fellow members first shot? Thanks!

I'm pretty sure until he reaches 90 days and 50 posts he can only LOOK here, not post. Once those two requirements are met he should have access to the for sale forums on the main page.
