Hi,

I'm just about to start my first marine aquarium, a 35 gallon tank (imperial). Exact dimensions are as follows:

36"L, 18"H, 15"D

My stock for the future is -

Fu Manchu Lionfish
Golden Dwarf Moray
Trigger (7" or below?)
Flame Hawk
Maroon Clowns (Pair)
Lemonpeel Angel (Reef safe?)

Is this okay so far? Obviously I won't be adding the whole lot at once, this will be over a period of a few months. Any suggestions? And i'm looking for a Trigger that stays 7" or below.

that tank is only 42G. So the trigger will outgrow it pretty quick so i would scratch that first. No trigger will do well in a tank that small. Your maroon clowns may claim the entire tank as thier's. Lemon peel angels aren't reef safe at all ( not the ones i have seen anyway)

Thank you for your prompt reply, it is much appreciated.

That is what I was afraid of, I'll scrap the Lemonpeel and the Trigger fish. I may just purchase a pair of Percula Clowns, but I still like the idea of the Maroons.

Any suggestions for a large, rather impressive fish? Some kind of Angel maybe?

So no Trigger is small enough? Damn!
