Seneye Reef Firmware upgrade issue

Has anyone upgraded to ver 2 of the Seneye PC software?
I've just upgraded mine and now i can no longer see the Nh3 pr PH values.
Also previously the temp reported was spot on with my profilux and beer thermometer, now its about 0.5C out.

Any help appreciated.

Clearly not a very popular piece of hardware but surely somebody must have brought this other than me?

I got the Seneye Reef recently and I too have had nothing but problems. Iv been onto Seneye support multiple times and they keep providing me updated firmware, but problems persist. The device has been totally unstable, I currently cant get Nh4, Ph or light readings. It seems like they are having majors issues with the firmware. I didn't find many reports from others, but surely many are suffering the same issues?

Just stumbled on this looking for a previous post of mine. I have no input sorry but thanks for the heads up. I will hold off on the update.

I love my Seneye. That being said, thanks for the warning about the update. Guess my laziness finally paid off.
