Greetings. I have two pieces of Seriatopora histrix about a year ago. When I introduced the frags had the classic form of deer horn,

but have been growing atypical, and do not know if it because of any lack of nutrients, light or otherwise.

I have also since Montipora, Stylophora, Pocillopora ... and grow with normal forms.

I have a 420 l lit with 2 150w mh and two 39W T5. reef-valued normal: 9-10 kh, ca 400-420, 1250-1300 mg, 1025 density ...

Any ideas?

Higher flow will cause thicker, stubbier branches. It is the corals response to flow to make it more sturdy.
