Service response time?

I sent an email, using the contact form on the Avast website. I requested some information about a problem I was having with a couple of Swabbies. This was three or four days ago and I haven't heard anything back. Do they normally have long response times?

I found the email you sent in. Dan replied within about 20 minutes but it looks like you typed in your email address wrong, so that is probably why you didn't get the reply. I'll pull that reply and forward it to the email address I have from a few years ago.
