Setosa question

Hey everyone

I got a setosa frag a few months ago and it was doing great. Then all of a sudden is started losing tissue. It's not in a very high flow area but gets plenty of light.

Anyone have advice?

Only the obvious regular questions -
Parameters? Alk too high?
pests? - nudibranchs?

Perhaps move it to a higher flow area and see if it improves.

All parameters in check with esv and dosing pump. But I havent looked for any pests as I was very careful and dipped before putting them into the tank. I'll do that in the next couple of days

Looks stung to me. Move him away from the duncan. And the RTBA will sting and kill every SPS in your tank as it moves around. Lose it.

Setosa is very very hardy, if other corals in tank are doing fine then so should it...

Most likely it was the rbta. It only needs 10 seconds to touch it to do some damage. I set up a separate 24 gallon nano just for my rbta and now 6 years later I've got over 8 clones.
