setting up a 120

Hey all, i have been on here for years. I have had everything from a 60 cube to lagoons to the norm in the 75-90's. Currently i have a 65 tall running. I finally got around to setting up my 4ft 120. Now i have some questions about the plumbing, the tank is used and reef ready with the drain and returns drilled in the bottom. I am trying to figure out the best way to plumb this thing so it is clean and easy.

Also i am trying to figure out the best return nozzle per say. the flat duck bill, the ones that rotate or just a round jet.

That's a beautiful set up for sure. I would love to get a apex set up like that but just not in the cards right now unfortunately.
