setting up a 200g

I'm getting a decent sized settlement and I figure I have about $8,000 just to play with so I'm setting up my dream tank. I might go bigger, have to measure the space it going in but it at least is going to be 8 feet long, 2 feet deep and 1.5 feet tall. I might go with 2 feet tall but I am going to do SPS so I don't want to go too tall. I was thinking of going with the tunze 6000 streams with a controler. I have a 75g I was going to use as a sump, going to go acrylic for the main tank. What skimmer would be good for that size of tank?

For this size tank with SPS I would go with 2 Tunze 6100's....is Deltec or H&S a possiblity for a skimmer..would go with an Eheim powered one if so

I would atleast 2ft tall need room for sps to grow.. I would also go with the tunze 6100's for flow.. If this is your dream tank and with 8,000 to start with go all out... I would go as big as you can 8ft is a nice length i would maybe push the width out to atleast 3ft maybe 4 if you have room. As for skimmers ASM are good bang for the buck Euro reef same as asm but better built? Deltec seems to be high quality and way worth the expensive price tag..

I decided I'm going to go with 240g, 8f x 2f x 2f. Going to buy acrylic with overflows. I'm getting the tank for $1,000 and $550 for the stand, 30" tall. Is that a good price? I'll go with the 6100's which should give me plenty of flow. I'm going to use a 75g as a sump, what size pump should I get for a return?

For lighting I was going to do T5 high output. I know everybody says go for MH but from what I heard T5 can put out enough light. I was going to go with two 4 foot fixtures 6 bulb each so 54x12. Or would going retro and doing 8 bulbs be better?

I think that is enough questions for now, thanks for the help.

No takers?

I think for lighting I'm going to go with sunlight supplys tek t5s two four foot 8 bulb fixures. That's 16 bulbs, this thing is going to glow.
