Setting up a FOWLR

I have a 40 breeder with a 20g sump that I would like to make into a FOWLR tank, but I'm not to sure what I can put in it.

The tank is a established tank, it has been set up and running for almost 2yrs. I have a Octopus NW 110 Needle-Wheel protein skimmer.

I would like to put a Radiata Lionfish (Pterois radiata) or a Fuzzy Dwarf Lionfish (Dendrochirus brachypterus), and maybe a eel and some other fish.

What do you guys think? Maybe you know of some other fish that would work.

Thanks.

The radiata would have to be the only fish in the tank. Unless you're getting a dwarf eel most other eels will outgrow the tank - they get big and produce a lot of waste.

The fuzzy could have a friend, but it would have to be a non-aggressive fish that won't fit in his mouth.
