Setting up mantis tank,

It will be either a 30 or 40g tank.. I was wondering if i could house a peacock, also.. what kind of substrate should i use? i was gonna buy some crappy lights and just base rock for his homes etc.. i have already a reef tank and dont want to buy another one! just one mantis tank

Live rock, sand and a PVC pipe. Add some small rubble rocks, stones, and shells for building purposes. A peacock will be fine in a 30gal. I would also suggest getting a lunar light.

ehh i will cover his tank with a towel so he can sleep, when he wil be the light stays on deep into the night while im on the web.. id probly still put him on there becuase i dont my fish or dieing frogspawn need it
