Setting up My 110

You can use all hard, I have some flex pvc on my return to reduce noise. Regular primer and pvc glue is fine to use.

The drain won't be quite as fast with a 90*, but it will still work. You could use 2 45* if you are worried about it.

For the drains and returns is all hard regular pvc ok or should I use the pvc tubing. Is regular pvc glue ok? Will it drain properly with a 90 degree on the emergency overflow?

I used a mixture of hard and ultra flex pvc, my sump was off by about a 1/2 inch and that's where i used the ultra flex, 95% of my plumbing is connected using heavy duty pipe thread tape. only the connections into the bulkhead are glued.

you can use Ultra flex which is more flexible than flex pvc if a 45 is too much or you don't want a ton of turns.
