Setting up my first reef tank.

It might already be too late. I just started filling my tank with water. Tap water, that is. I've been reading up on using tap water in Marine systems... and the general consensus is not good. I think mainly people say that, because of the algae issues it causes. The only way I'm going to make this tank a Marine tank... is if I just add the salt after I add the water, and I make it a fowlr tank.
