setting up my new mh lighting

so i already have a set of 4x55w pc lights, and i plan to add 2x250 mh lights to this for my 55 gal.

i was thinking of this for the reflector (2 of them)

and 2x6500 K bulbs along with 4 actinic bulbs for my pc's. is this an okay selection or am i missing something?

i think that the 250 w mh lights were too much along with the 4 55w actinic 03 pc's

what i need to know is which of these i should get

AND

why is it that these bulbs cost $60-80 while on ebay i can buy same temp and watt bulbs for <$10?? is it just brand or is it really a quality difference?

Why are you getting a 175w ballast but a 150w bulb/ and socket?

If you are gonna do 150w then buy a 150w ballast.

You can select single output (one ballast support one 175W or 150W bulb) or multi-output (one ballast support two 175W or 150W bulbs).

this is according to product description. i picked it because it is way way way cheaper than any other ballast, and it is double so i save even more money.
