Setting up new tank need help!

Hows it going... I recently started a new saltwater tank. I started on 9/15/12 and using an API saltwater test kit it looks like my water has cycled. Everything is at the zeros. I also did calcium test with about 18-19 drops. Im thinking about doing a reef set up. The tank is 125 gallons and so far I put 150 pounds of "dead" rock and about 6 pounds of FULLY cured live rock. (completely purple) Do you think my water could have cycled already? I have about 7 damsels and 2 clown fish. I have one 2400gph powerhead but im thinking I need another with a wavemaker? What types of corals should I start with? Mushrooms? Candy Canes? Is it easy to put them in the tank? Sorry I am completely new to this and I want to make sure im doing this right. The tank is 6' long and as of now I have 4 t5 bulbs in the tank that are "coral life" I believe and they are a whiteish/blue color. Should I have 2 Blue and Two White bulbs? Should I upgrade to a different type of light? LEDS? Sorry for all the writing and the long post but like I said Im new to this and dont want anything to happen to the tank and or the fish. Thanks for all the help I really appreciate it. Ill try to get some pics of the tank and please tell me if I need to change anything and or everything lol.

Thanks again!
