Setting up the new 100 tank

Wow what a mess, the livestock is crammed in both the 375 & the stock tank & even a ritteri annemone & 2 skunk clowns in the sump. Tomorrow will begin the sifting of bob's sand to get the hundreds of zoa polps that were in the sand bed, then all the sand & water will go.
Have new seaflor special grade to go in after i clean the tank. Going with a shallow sand bed. here is a few before pics of the tank & equipment, will be a few weeks before the after pics. Last pic is of my current tank the 375.

I always think it's sad when you see scenes like that first pic.

I only saw that tank in person once and really liked it. Will look forward to seeing its resurrection.

Cleared up a bit, this is with 1/2 lights on, 1 pc live rock & 2 very small damsels to cycle the tank.:rollface:

intermatic, they sell them a lowes or home depot, they are outdoor timers there fore water proof & have 2 grounded outlets on bottom, can have up to like 4 settings per day, $19.99. I have these on both tanks, my pond & our pool. they can't be beat for $20 bucks

bob, haven't added a lot just yet had a bad algae break out, just about cleared up, most of the stuff is still in the 375

It looks like I'm not relocating to Las Vegas after all. . .make sure you keep that ritteri in good health so I can buy it back from you once I have a tank set up!!!
