Setting up wireless... game adapter? Wireless bridge?

Just looking for the best choice for my dollar, while remaining easy to set up. If it matters, I'm using a D-Link wireless router.

I understand that a bridge would give me more ethernet slots, but I don't need them.

Which is going to help me retain the hair I have left?

search the forum for game adapter. Russ has a favorite, I don't remember which it is but he's posted it in the past 2 weeks I think. But there are others and from the posts some configure easier than others.

game adapters are kinda an unnecessary expensive..

get a cheap wireless home router (eg linksys WRT54xxx) and flash it with dd-wrt or tomato and put it in a receive/client mode instead of AP mode..

Netgear WNCE2001 Universal WiFi Internet Adapter... about $60, readily available at Best Buy and some Wal-Marts. I have 2 on BD players; I haven't had a single problem with them.

Ironically, my adapter stopped having connection problems the same day that I stopped @ Wal-Mart and picked up a WNCE2001 to potentially replace the one that I had :-p
