i just got this light, so far i like it very much. been searching around and man, there are so many different opinions and settings.

my question is more precise, anyone running a tank that is 12" deep? my tank is a 25 lagoon and i am using the AB+ setting. Since i have no par meter, anyone running a shallow tank that can tell me their settings and if it has been doing well.

UV-100
V-100
B-100
RB-100
G-24
R-24
W-30

thanks

I run my xr30 about the same setting as yours but the overall intesnsity is 65% and I have a 40g nuvo. So, I'm guessing you should run yours around 30-40%

I run my blues/uv at 70%, whites, green and blue at 50%, but that is over a 24” High tank, I would guess about half those numbers for a 12 tall tank.

I have a 150L tank it's a Aqua one reef I have a Hydra 52 hd light it's a mixed tank just wanted to know what the best settings for it would be for it I had the led light that came with the tank but my Corals were starting to bleach my brain coral and my Duncan so I the aquarium shop recommend the Hydra
My coral placement I was told by the aquarium shop was fine
Any help would be great

AI controls aren't the same as Radion's. The Radions you can set an overall percentage, but the AI doesn't have that. The best way would be with a PAR meter because owning both XR15 and AI Prime, I can tell you the settings do not translate perfectly and the Radion is about 2x brighter than the AI product to begin with. While I run 100% blues on my AI, the Radion is set at 100, but then the overall is only 40%, but that doesn't mean the AI set at 40 blue is the same light...my PAR meter begs to differ :)

But my current tank is 36x24x12, I run the light about 12" above the water, max height on the sliding mount.

Blues, UV, Violet at 100, Red/Green: 0 White: 30.
