Sexi Shrimp and Sea Horses?

Hi All,

I am thinking about starting a seahorse tank. I would also like to do a few sexi shrimp. Are they compatible? I didn't see them on the list of Seahorse inhabitants.

They would probably look very nice in that tank until a seahorse gets close enough to snick it up.
You might be able to keep them with dwarf H. zosterae.

Yeppers...sexy shrimp = sexy snack for SH. Even small peps and in some cases hermits have fallen prey to them.

What about pipefish will they try to eat them say banded pipes?

If you want to keep sexy shrimp in with those tankmates do the following:

1. buy the shrimp
2. take picture
3. then after the shrimp is eaten
4. tape picture to tank
5. :hmm5:

lol. I figured. But thought I would give it a shot. They sure would be cute together though. Oh well.

I'm not sure if I am just lucky but I have had my seahorses(H. Comes) with a sexy shrimp for about 6 months now and they just seem to ignore him.
